I hope you had a lovely weekend and an awesome Super Bowl Sunday!
This is a delicious recipe was given to me by my mom. She was telling me that this is all she’s been able to eat for the last week, so I thought I may as well try it out.
Let’s get started!
Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
- 1-12oz. bag of broccoli florets
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1/2 C parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
1.) Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees
2.) Empty your bag of florets into a bowl and drizzle your olive oil on top and combine together
3.) Sprinkle on garlic and parmesan cheese, and combine
3.) Spread the mixture on foil covered baking sheet
4.) Cook for 24 minutes, or until the tips are golden brown
