Breakfast Protein Shake

Hey Embarquers!

This is such a busy time of year for everyone when kids are getting back to school, you’re getting back from summer travels and back into the school-year routine.

One of the most difficult times of the day is getting out of the house in the morning on-time. This recipe is a great breakfast option that will keep you full all morning with the nutrients your body needs to get your day to a great start.

 

Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Shake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C- Ice
  • 1 C- 30 Calorie Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop- 100% Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbs- Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tsp- Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbs- Almond Butter

Directions:

1.) Grab your blender, and fill with your ice and almond milk.

2.) Pour in your protein powder, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and almond butter

3.) Screw on the top, and blend (make sure the mixture is thoroughly mixed and the ice is crushed).

4.) Pour in a glass, grab a straw, and enjoy!
